Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing graphics: This may include logos, brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Design and prepare visually engaging presentations for internal and external use.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
- Work effectively with other team members, including marketing managers, content writers, and web developers.
Requirements:
- Excellent design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A creative and innovative mind with a strong eye for detail and a passion for visual communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
