You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs within target industries.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a lead generation, business development, and sales role.
- Prior experience in the IT & Digital Service industry is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to company growth.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preference will be given to Marketing or a related discipline
